HELLO BLOG~ *Clearing all the cobwebs*
Today would be the perfect day to update and clean my blog! (just look at the date today...)

Time really flies and its the end of Year3 semester 1, it was 1 hell of a semester with lots of thing happening within the span of 6months. I would say this semester was one of the smooth sailing semester I've had as I've done what I've set myself to complete. Improve my GPA, get more involved in sports, and spend time with friends!. A brief run through of what happened in this semester:

First it was the Japan trip that I went with Zoee and Joyce before the start of this semester, it was really an experience that I would remember, the scenery, the shopping, the food, the fun that we had was superb and its really an energy booster for me and to prepare myself for the start of year3.

Next, was the start of the semester and my resolution for that semester was to work hard pull and my grades up and than FYP came, and it took out a portion of my time and we really had to source for people to help us complete our dental survey and we realise that the year ones are the easiest to approach probably due to their newbie-ness to the school.(evil laughter)

Although the FYP was kind of a burden to me and I had to change class everyday but I'm still motivated to go to school and to perform in class, because I had 4 great modules that I'm really interested in. After a year of PURE science I've decided that I had enough of science and I chose the enterprise track of biotech and took accounting as my elective. If I were to rank the modules according to my interest, biomaterials would be the last partially due to the faci which was very strict towards us(i know that she wants us to excel) however we have to undergo 16 lessons of drilling and non-stop questioning was the reason that i rank this module last. Next moving up the ranks would be lab management, where I had close friends in the class and the science content in this module was close to ZERO! Next was biomarketing, as I foresee myself going into this field in the future and this is were my interest lies in and to top it off the facilitator did a really good job in teaching as well as ensuring every student in the class understands. Accounting was the module I liked the best because ever since secondary school I've developed great interest in accounting and being able to take accounting again was truly a motivation for me to go school. It gives me a variation in the things that I've studied (its no longer science everyday!) and the people were great as well as the faci(which look like and behave like moshi!) where everyone of us treat her as a friend instead of a faci.

That is briefly what happened during the semester, and something worth mentioning would be Mich's birthday, its a day where most of the clique where present and a day where we get together and catch up on the things that happened.

And something to look forward too, for the VERY near future it would be the Sentosa trip 2 days from now, and for the near future it would be the Nike 10K Human Race that I would be participating in, and for the not so near future it would be the LAST semester that I have in RP that would conclude my 3 years in RP.

HAPPY LEAP DAY!
29th FEB 2008

Hello blogggg~ its cleaning up time!! *removing all the cobwebs*

Wow... so much had happened since my last post...
reflecting on the ups and downs of things,
Its a new year now, hopefully better things are coming up
face it instead of avoiding it,
but am i able to face it like i used to?
to hell with all the emo stuff!
still prefer my usual self, with the bo-chap attitude

Another thing i wana complain about, FYP!
its seriously crap! not related to what i want in the future! waste of time! 45mins of travelling time to sch, juz for 30mins of meeting and than 45mins of travelling back home... What The F***!?
However... I've to be responsible, shouldnt leave my teammates alone juz because i didnt like fyp, or else i would be dragging the whole team down. SO...... Endure! Persevere, and push on! ARGH!!

Happy Birthday ---> MJ!!!
haha u're 1yr older now... but STILL younger than me!! ARGH JEALOUS!
A memoriable chalet... but i juz feel that things shouldnt turn out like this if everyone gives in abit. And i believe that the start off point of each and everyone of us was to make this chalet a success, which cause some minor conflicts in the process of organizing this chalet. not pinpointing at any one of the incident, but in general, I believe everything can be solved if you have the intention of solving it.

--> Forgive and forget(its easier said than done), however after sometime when you look back at all these incidents you'll juz find it stupid.

Important note: Dont give a damn and just enjoy life!

Bye bloggggg~ spring cleaning again when i'm free....

Christmas
Monday, December 24, 2007

Time flies, and its Christmas in less than 2hrs. Its a little different this year as i decide to stay at home and spend a "quiet" Christmas with my family. Comparing to the previous few christmas that i spend outside, where i had to squeeze thru tons of people wherever i go, having cans of foam to spray at people and getting myself tired out wasnt really fun afterall.

Heres a quote that i find it quite true,
(Xmas isnt all so merry when you are not with that special someone)

HO HO HO!! Merry Christmas...

Dinner @ Zoee's house

Its been awhile since all of us get together at someone's house to have dinner, the latest one that i can i remember was on march'07, hmmm thats really a long time ago. So... zoee decided to invite us over to her house for dinner! and we had steamboat over at her house. Other than steamboat we had bbq/"zap zap" or wadever you called it, and had lots of fun while cooking our food, not to mention that the food was delicious!! of cuz credits goes to zoee, mj and sean for preparing the food. while the rest of us were playing with rasQ, she was so active and we realise that tc was scare of her! Its a pity that not everyone turned up, nevertheless it was a fun gathering.

HELLO BLOG~

Its time to post some crap on my blog...

Its only 3 weeks of school and I'm already dreading it already, I dunno why I'm dreading it, classes are fun, faci are alright, lessons are interesting (referring to consumer psychology only). Initally I hated school because of the classes I had to go, 4 different classes for 5 days was really unbearable, have to adapt to each of the class, but it turn out to be fun! meeting new people in every class and having fun in every class. Well, i guess the main culprit would be Professional Profiling, I've been squeezing my brain juices for the past few weeks to come out with a 2000 word report and I would say, so far so good, probably need some touching up.

Nevertheless throughout this few weeks there are lots of fun and memorable things to take note off, firstly I was prank-ed badly on the first day of school and I did things that I would never do in my life!

Next would be Zoee's birthday! Went to sentosa to celebrate zoee's birthday, initially we were worried that zoee didnt wana go, but we manage to drag her there! (credits to Junli). We mess up the hotel and prank-ed zoee! that was when I realise that prank-ing people was fun! Playing table-tennis and dota in the middle of the night, see-ing how zoee act as someone getting fits and asking for water(LOL), make a nuisance in the hotel, watching the video that Mich made and rush to school early next morning was indeed memorable. BUT staying over at sentosa and going to school the next day was really a killer! Need lots of coffee and mints to keep me awake in class.

Alrite its time to sign off~ BYE BLOG!!!
and I duno when is the next time I will blog....

Taiwan Trip
Tuesday, September 11, 2007

It was an 11 days trip to Taiwan and HongKong, first time going overseas for such a long period of time without my parents. Had to adapt alittle during the first few days of the trip, and felt that time really crawls! guess I'm still not that independent yet. Nevertheless the trip was fun and I experience alot during the trip, their different culture and the different types of food they had.

I've to agree that the scenary in Taiwan is superb, took lots of pics, kind of envy that SG dosent have that kind of view.

Those are the food we got in Shilin night market, food in taiwan was great but theres 1 thing I wanna complain! Theres no chilli sauce!! even in fastfood like Mac and KFC they dont offer chilli sauce. Had a hard time finishing my food without chilli.

Went to 2 of their theme parks in taiwan, their rides were fantastic, and heres a picture of the ride that me and yu ren didnt dare to take, its a roller coaster with a 90degree drop, joyce and moshi insisted that we have to take the ride together, and got dragged up there. After the ride we felt it wasnt as scary as we thought it was, so looks can be deceiving! HAHAS.

Shopping, taiwan do have a fair amount of places to shop, went to xiao zhu's shop(if you know who he is) selling limited edition clothes design by himself, part of the shop was to display his collection of nike shoes, saw some that was really really nice but unfortunately all of his collection are not for sale and you cant even take photos! HongKong is definitely better, its cheaper and lots of shoping malls to shop, did most of my shopping in taiwan and I regretted it! the clothes in HongKong are alot cheaper. And joyce influenced us to get clothes armani exchange since its cheaper in HK and in the end she didnt buy!! otherwise it'll be the armani family.. hahas! Lastly heres our group photo in taiwan posing infront of a clay machine trying to make a vase.
